Classic Thor's Hammer in Antique Bronze
This hammer, called in Norse mythology Mjölnir is wielded by the god Thor. This is made in antique bronze, which is a mix of 90% copper and 10% tin. It is the same motif on both sides and is 1 1/2 inch long.
Mjölnir is depicted in Norse mythology as one of the most fearsome weapons, capable of leveling mountains. Miniature Thor's hammers were widely used as religious amulets during the Viking era. These charms were normally between two and three centimeters in length, and typically made from silver.
