Order Processing and Delivery

Orders officially require 1-2 business days for us to process before they are shipped out. In practice, we often get them out the day after they are placed on our website, but we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. We only use CanadaPost shipping; your delivery time will vary depending which CanadaPost delivery option you choose. Once we give the pacakage to CanadaPost, it is out of our hands and delivery time is only guaranteed as far as CanadaPost guarantees it. Please note that Canadian holidays (and Quebec holidays) may be different from your own; as such, what constitutes 'business days' might vary. There's nothing we can do about this, guys-- the post office closes on holidays.

In order to combat increasing credit card fraud on the Internet, we reserve the right to hold orders for up to 5 business days extra if the transaction sets off potential-fraud flags. Sudden large orders from new customers meeting certain criteria may be subject to this delay in case they are flagged by a cardholder's bank as fraudulent. We are truly sorry for any delay this may cause legitimate transactions; we hope that our customers will understand the need for extra credit protection. Regular customers will never be subjected to this delay, as they have already been in our system for some time.


Damaged Products and Returns

If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace it at no charge; in order to do so, we will require you to email us a picture of the damaged products. We will not accept exchanges or refunds for any other reason.


Orders Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us by the post office as 'undeliverable' for any reason, we will issue a complete refund, minus the cost of shipping. We will make every attempt to contact you for reshipping, but this will require a second shipping payment. Please double-check your address and postal code.
